When dangerous products or practices harm people on a wider scale, I work with clients to choose their best course of action. In a class action, a small number of people stand up and bring a lawsuit to protect the rights of other similarly harmed individuals. In a mass tort, groups of people band together and bring individual claims in a single, collective lawsuit. Both options present challenges and opportunities, which is why I work hard to develop the best strategy we can based on every case’s individual circumstances.

For most people, their home is their single most important investment and they expect their home to be safe to live in and free of defects. Because of mistakes or to save costs, however, many homes are built with defects.
