Kyle Smith is a trial attorney in Kailua, Hawaii. Kyle’s practice focuses on complex plaintiffs’ cases involving environmental torts, product liability, construction defect, and consumer protection. Kyle is a graduate of UCLA School of Law and former law clerk to United States District Court Judge James C. Mahan. Before law school, Kyle was a Schedule C appointee to President William J. Clinton and Defense Fellow in the Department of Defense. Before that, Kyle attended the University Arkansas at Fayetteville, where he stayed too long, took too many courses, and met his wife. Kyle currently lives in Kailua with his wife and two wonderful children and would love to have more time to play soccer and be on the water, which he where he may be if he is not at the office.
